    32+ Hours Per Month
    Designed for businesses needing more hands-on support. Whether it’s 32 hours or more, this option is ideal for tackling a variety of tasks and projects with greater flexibility. Typically booked as four or more full days per month, but I’m happy to adjust scheduling based on your needs.

    Intensive Support
    Short-term, focused solutions designed around your needs. Whether it’s a specific project or a burst of intensive support over 1–2 weeks, I’ll create a plan to suit your goals. Pricing varies based on the scope of work—get in touch for a tailored quote.

  • For monthly packages, The Support Hub requires a minimum commitment of one month. If you’re looking for an intensive or one-off project instead, that’s absolutely fine—just get in touch, and I’ll provide a tailored quote to suit your needs.

  • I have experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk, and more. If you're using something else, just ask!

  • It depends on the task. For some projects, like email templates or website updates, I can start with the design and structure while you provide the content later. However, certain tasks require preparation and collaboration to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll begin with a clarity call to discuss your needs, and if you’re ready to proceed, we’ll schedule a planning call to set clear deadlines and organise tasks effectively—helping you get the most value out of your package.

  • We’ll stay connected via email for project updates and use Slack for quick touchpoints or ongoing communication, depending on the task. This ensures we’re always aligned and your project runs smoothly.

  • Unused hours don’t roll over, but we’ll make sure to prioritise tasks to get the most value out of each month.

  • This depends on the scope of work and the tasks we’re tackling together. Some projects, like email template design or website updates, can deliver immediate results. For longer-term goals, we’ll establish clear timelines during our planning call to ensure progress aligns with your expectations.

  • Deposit
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

    One-Day Projects (8 Hours)
    The remaining 50% is due at the end of the working day.

    Multi-Day Projects (Two or More Days)
    The remaining balance is paid at the end of each booked day.

    Ongoing Monthly Support
    Full payment is required at the start of each month to secure availability.

  • To make payments manageable, I’ve structured them into three parts: 50% to start, 25% midway, and 25% upon completion. This approach ensures we’re always aligned as the project progresses.
